From the home page, choose Operating Cards Select Vehicles , then press Next
Select the operating cards to renew, then press Next The system displays vehicles that meet the requirements and those that do not

Log in to the road transport portal From the list of licenses, choose License Requests, then Issue License, Choose License Category, and Restricted License
Select the activity and active licenses, then press Next Complete the requirements and conditions for obtaining a final license

Fill out the final license issuance form, then click on Issue.
